Ingredients for punjabi Mutton Curry Masala

500 metric weight unit Mutton
1 cup Mutton Stock
3 tbsp drawn butter
1/2 Onion
1/2 tsp Whole Cumin
inexperienced Chilies
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt (As needed)
1 tbsp juice
1 tbsp Red Chili Crushed
1 tsp Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Crushed
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Paprika Powder
3 tbsp dairy product
5 Tomatoes
1 tbsp Fenugreek seeds
Ingredients for Punjabi Curry Masala:

1 tsp Whole Cumin
1 tsp Whole black pepper
tiny cardamoms
4 black cardamoms
1 tbsp Hot Spices
items cinnamon
1 piece Cassia

Instructions for punjabi curry Masala

1. cut thetomatoes & onion
1. Add Curry Masala ingredients into pan and cook for a long time. Then create fine powder of it
2. Curry Masala is prepared to use
Instructions for punjabi Mutton Curry Masala

1-Take oil in cookery pot then add onions, whole cumin, inexperienced chili and slightly fry all of them,
2-Now place ginger garlic paste, mutton, salt, juice, fine pulverised punjabi curry masala,
crushed red chili, cummin powder, crushed black pepper, turmeric and paprika powder in it
and cook for 3-4 minutes.
4-Now place yougurt, tomato (already cutted), mutton gravy, altogether this mixture and steam them for thirty five to forty minutes and keep checking it.
5-Add fenugreek seeds,& garnish. Your delicious Punjabi Mutton Curry Masala is prepared.
